It is that simple and that profound. My sole purpose is to help you get from "here" to "there". You will define the "here" and the "there". Your results will vary depending on how long we work together and what actions you take. I am your advocate and will help you to remain focused and steadfast on your journey. In simple terms, we can explore your aspirations, form a plan of action and implement your plan, to ultimately achieve your goals. I am not your jailor or your boss, but I will strongly encourage you to be accountable and challenge you when you are off task. But you are in total control of yourself and the outcomes.

If you have completed at least one mastermind and would like to continue your journey to improve your leadership skills, then the Inner Circle mentoring group is for you. At any given time a group will consist of 5-10 like-minded people that are aspiring to continue their personal growth journey with the emphasis on improving their leadership skills. Each session there will be an open, but guided, discussion of a leadership characteristic or law of the groups choosing. The discussion will be enriched by the personal experiences of the participants and I will also share my thoughts and insights from holding several leadership positions in my career in corporate America.

Level Five group mentoring is safe and supportive environment to assess your level of leadership and to continue your growth as a leader. John considers Level 5 leaders to be the pinnacle of a leader's journey. At Level 5 you are in the business of developing Level 4 leaders. In other words, you are developing the leaders that develop other leaders. In addition to the bi-weekly group sessions you will also have the opportunity to work with me on a specific issue during 1:1 coaching sessions.
