A 30-40 minute presentation on leadership basics over lunch where I would provide the participants with tools to begin their journey on improving their leadership skills.
Workshops:
I could take a topic that meets your needs and expand it to a half or full day of learning and exploring. At the end of the workshop, participants would have been exposed to best practices with tools and "next first steps" to implement and move them along on their growth journey.
